The Braves make to the Series 5 times, but can only come away with 1 Title in this decade. The Yankees are back to form winning 3 more Championships giving them a total of 25 by the time 1999 was in the history books. Oakland starts the decade with their 3rd straight trip to the Fall Classics in 1990, but go quietly against the Reds. The Blue Jays win 2 in a row in 1992 and in 1993 with a walk-off homerun by Joe Carter at home sending the Toronto crowd into frenzy! 1994 was sadly marred with a strike cancelling any Series play. The Florida Marlins become the first Wild Card team to win a World Series, doing so in 1997. Jack Morris and the screamin’ Twins fans win it all in 1991, never losing a game a home including a game 7 bottom of the 10th victory.
